Legend Homes has announced the expansion of its presence west of San Antonio with the development of Timber Creek, the company’s fourth new home community in the area offering affordable new homes from the $269s. 

Timber Creek will feature 85 homesites in a scenic enclave off Talley Road just east of Highway 211. A model home and sales office will open in early summer 2024 at 14918 Homing Meadow. 

New homes in Timber Creek will feature Legend Homes’ award-winning, single- and two-story floorplans from 1,365 to 2,628 square feet. Three- and four-bedroom plans include details like a first-floor primary suite, game room, flex space, kitchen island or peninsula kitchen with seating, multiple closets, and a two-car garage, among other features. 

Residents also will be minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor recreation, thanks to nearby access to Highway 211 and Highway 90. Families will attend schools in the Medina Independent School District.
