Legend Homes was named as a finalist in seven categories for the prestigious 2024 Star Awards, a statewide program that has recognized excellence in the homebuilding industry for more than three decades. Notable finalist selections for the Houston-based homebuilder include onsite sales professional of the year, best website, and best interior merchandising under $350k. 

“Being named as a finalist for seven Star Awards is a tremendous honor for our entire team,” Legend Homes President Tanya Rizzo said. “We’re especially excited because this year marks the first time our team has submitted entries in the competition.” 

Hosted by the Texas Association of Builders (TAB), the Star Awards features more than 100 different categories representing everything from architecture and sales to marketing, construction, and other specialties. Entries are selected by a panel of judges based on personal testimonies, product descriptions, sales successes, and other criteria. 

This year, Legend Homes was recognized in the following categories: 

• Online Sales Manager of the Year: Tavia Hubbard 
• Onsite Sales Professional of the Year: Mauricio Handel 
• Sales Manager of the Year: Ali Goodarzi 
• Best Digital Marketing Campaign 
• Best Email Message 
• Best Interior Merchandising (Under $350k) 
• Best Website
