As part of its continued leadership expansion, Legend Homes has promoted Danielle Depot to Division President of its Dallas-Fort Worth division, effective beginning in 2026. Depot is actively engaged with teams across the division to position the DFW market for success in 2026 and beyond. 

“Danielle has a depth of experience across sales, construction, and purchasing leadership that makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead our Dallas-Fort Worth operations,” Legend Homes President Lee Darnold says. “She provides a comprehensive understanding of market operations and a proven ability to build high-performing teams that deliver results.” 

Depot brings more than 25 years of homebuilding experience to her new position, with extensive leadership across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Prior to joining Legend Homes, she served in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales & Construction at John Houston Custom Homes and Division President at Sheridan Homes. Depot’s background also includes experience in purchasing, estimating, project management, and luxury homebuilding, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both operational execution and market strategy. 

She joined Legend Homes in 2022 as Division Vice President of Construction and Purchasing for DFW, where she strengthened operational processes, aligned purchasing and construction strategies, and enhanced cross-functional coordination. Her leadership has helped streamline division operations while supporting growth and performance objectives across the market. 

Depot’s extensive leadership background makes her a natural choice to guide the DFW division into its next phase.
