Legend Homes today announced the promotion of Cynthia Carrigan-Smith to Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, a newly expanded leadership role that brings together marketing and customer experience to create a more seamless homebuying journey for homebuyers across Texas.
Carrigan-Smith will oversee the strategic alignment of the company's marketing efforts with customer experience initiatives, ensuring consistency from a prospective buyer's first interaction with Legend Homes through closing and long-term homeownership.

Carrigan-Smith began her career in homebuilding in 2005 with Pulte Group, working in customer care before expanding her expertise into construction operations and later transitioning into marketing in 2017. Her broad background provides valuable insight into customer engagement, the home construction process, warranty service, and the overall homeowner experience.
Since joining Legend Homes in 2020 as Online Sales Manager, Carrigan-Smith has played an instrumental role in advancing the company's digital marketing capabilities and customer engagement strategy. She later served as Director of Marketing Technology, leading enhancements to the company's digital platforms, before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience, where she worked closely with field leadership to strengthen quality and customer satisfaction initiatives.
