Legend Homes has announced plans for its seventh Montgomery County community of new homes, Ridgeland Hills, offering homebuyers a selection of new, value-driven homes paired with thoughtfully designed neighborhood amenities. 

Located in Willis just west of I-45 at 9238 Crestone Peak Drive, Ridgeland Hills is scheduled to open in May 2024 presenting award-winning floorplans with customer-favorite features like flex spaces, downstairs primary suites, walk-in closets, and more. 

Two model homes also will open in May where prospective homebuyers can tour popular plans and visit with Legend Homes sales counselors. Model homes will be open daily, Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday through Monday from 1 to 6 p.m. 

Ridgeland Hills was developed by Legend Homes affiliate partner Academy Development. One of the larger communities in the homebuilder’s portfolio, the enclave of new homes offers 127 lots with 36- and 40-foot-wide homesites starting in the $227s.
