Legend Homes, which continues to expand its footprint by adding high-quality, thoughtfully designed new homes across the Houston area, has won multiple Greater Houston Builders Association PRISM awards recognizing excellence in development, product design, sales, and marketing. 

The Houston-based homebuilder won Best Volume Builder Product Design ($200,000 to $250,000) for its model home in Townsend Reserve. It also took home the award for Website of the Year (Volume Builder) for livelegendhomes.com. 

Gilbert Pesina Jr. of Landmark Electric Co., nominated by Legend Homes, won Skilled Trade Professional of the Year. Legend Homes was a finalist in three other categories: Builder-Developed Community, Sales Manager of the Year, and Construction Superintendent of the Year.
