Legend Homes announced today the hire of Jenny Oates as its new Vice President of Sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The accomplished sales leader touts more than 20 years of experience in the industry and joins a rapidly expanding region for the longtime homebuilder. 

“Jenny is the perfect fit for this organization and this market,” Legend Homes Senior Vice President of Sales Brad Tiffan said. “With new community openings and more houses available for buyers, our 2024 in DFW looks bright with Jenny at the helm.” 

Oates joins Legend from Allpoints Surveying, where she served as Builder Sales Manager in the DFW region. She has more than two decades of experience in homebuilding, with stops including Beazer Homes, Meritage Homes, David Weekley Homes, and more. Oates is a passionate advocate for special education and autism awareness and has spent more than 15 years working with the Texas Organization of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (TOPAA). 

Dallas-Fort Worth is a key market for Legend Homes in 2024 and beyond. The legacy homebuilder launched three new communities in 2023 — including Deer Creek, Hanna Ranch, and Retreat at Fossil Creek — and will introduce two additional communities within the next 12 months, plus open a new section in the popular Sycamore Landing community. Legend entered the DFW market for new home sales in 2019.
