February 20, 2023 - Camillo Properties has big news to celebrate with its residents, partners, and the public -  We are incredibly excited to announce that Camillo Properties will now be called SimplyHome by Camillo.

Although the name has changed, our business practices remain the same. We will continue to provide the same outstanding service to our residents across all communities. We believe our new name truly reflects our mission: to provide a simple process to find a place to call home.

We are a home and community builder at heart, and that fact will not change. We build, manage and maintain homes for rent—it’s that simple.

We want to highlight that there will be no change in ownership, as we will continue operating under the leadership of our parent brand, Camillo Companies. The history of Camillo Companies is rooted in a commitment to providing products, communications, experiences, and environments that enable customers to root and rise.

Our website and email addresses may look different moving forward, but our residents and partners will not feel any change in their experience. Through our integrated approach to residential development, we offer homes and communities that support the lives our customers envision for themselves and their families while matching their budgets. As our new name suggests, our goal is to remove barriers so that a true sense of home is more simply within reach to all.

We remain dedicated to the same purpose we started with ten years ago -- to open doors by making high-quality, affordable, newly constructed homes in residential communities more readily available. From Houston and San Antonio to Dallas-Fort Worth and Bryan-College Station— and coming soon to Austin and Oklahoma City— look for our new name and logo.
